When ordering a ride, specific requests can be added, such as details regarding children, pets, or luggage. It also supports ordering a taxi for another person by adding their phone number. Users can choose between an Economy rate for budget-conscious travel or a Comfort rate for enhanced convenience, with the total ride price visible before confirmation.
